(Closed) RSVP wording… help?

I think the wording sounds pretty good (the english, I’m not too good with Spanish).  Do you think that everyone will be able to either call or email you?

I hope that an email wouldn’t be too hard to send since it requires typing only a few words!  I think that the part about the transportation sounds fine to me.  Maybe you could put an or in there?  Such as if they will be using your transportation or driving on their own?  Not sure if that makes it excessively wordy though!

I think the line:

When contacting us, please indicate the name(s) of the person(s) attending, and if you will use our transportation from [hotel] to [ceremony].

should read

When contacting us, please indicate the name(s) of the person(s) attending, and whether or not you will be using the transportation we are providing from [hotel] to [ceremony].

 

Hope that helps… I think it flows better.  ๐Ÿ™‚
