Yikes.  I would be super annoyed.  Mostly because I spent the money for the postage on all of those RSVP envelopes!!!!  I had a few non responders but not nearly this many.  I think you are just going to have to enlist the help of your future in laws and start making phone calls to see who is coming.  And also to call back those who are trying to bring extras and let them know their guests can not be accomodated.  Good Luck!

OMG i feel ur pain thu since our list is small (72 total guests invited) but i am SOOOO ANNOYED on ppl on his side NOT HIS FAMILY but his friends the ones i have only seen once in the 7 years i known him.  MOST consider “we will be there” as a formal RSVP which i find UNCLASSY not to mention i have no idea if they will bring a date (we sure hope not) and then MY FAMILY and FRIENDS in USA (we r in Canada now) actually call me and say if they should send it THU they have sent me their ticket information..it is just so irritating cs we need the final count to make MANY MANY final decisions (ordering rentals, seating chart. etc) ..one of his friends whom WE JUST WENT TO HIS WEDDING and RSVPed like normal ppl TEXTED him saying he would come..all the work and time we put into invites and they can not even put it in the mail GOSH ..ok i am go on forever..the deadline is TOMORROW and i need to hear from around 26 ppl..we will be emailing and calling them..i am so tempted to make a comment about this when i do c them !
