Are you asking if you should invite her to your wedding?

I definitely wouldn’t invite someone who’s going to shart shit. That could ruin the linens.

harleybaby :  Not inviting her will just cause more drama. She sounds really annoying but on your wedding day, you’ll be on clound 9 and will barely even notice her.

What does your fiancé want to do?

No matter what you choose to do, the both of you have to put up a united front

harleybaby :  Honestly, you also sound dramatic.

But my advice for this sort of situation is always the same:  Why the hell wouldn’t you invite them?  Why would you not want them to see you looking your absolute best?

Just don’t put her in charge of anything, or have any expectations of her.  If she says anything mean on the day, just kill her with kindness.  You will look like the beautiful kind bride, and she will look like the jelous SIL.

I’ve delt with tons of sister in law drama recently. I’ve vented to anyone who would listen. I got myself worked up, depressed, ect. I’ve come to terms with life isn’t like a movie. You can’t pick your family. I won’t have picture perfect relationship with sister in law but I will treat her nicely. I won’t go out of my way to have relationship. My future husband and I will have own kids soon and we won’t have time to worry about her drama. Though, I will smile on the outside even if boiling on inside. Chances are she likes attention an you are getting it now and she can’t deal.

saratiara2 :  my thoughts exactly!  My daughter likes to tell the story of the English class she taught in France. She showed a picture from the movie Jaws to the class and asked if anyone knew the name for this animal in English. “A shart!” was the response. She then had to explain the difference between the two words and their meanings.
