Yes you are correct, unless your proposal happens in the middle of Disneyland it doesn’t count.

You are a fairytale love kinda girl, but it doesn’t sound like a broken engagement is a fairytale love. If he has already proposed you don’t really get a do-over…. Was the engagement itself just off, or was it the whole relationship?

Probably should have just been happy to be proposed to by the person you love that loves you back.  Perfect or not.  I’m sure when things settle down you guys will talk and work it out.  Maybe let him know you love and appreciate that he did propose!
