I have a strong case and just run with it in my hand. I’ve never had a problem and I run half marathons. I love zombies run as an app!

I put it in the front of my bra for shorter runs. If I run longer than 10ish I take my hydration pack and put it in there. I’m actually really surprised no one else has said they do this. It’s the perfect spot for it. Although it does get pretty sweaty (obviously), so be aware of that if your phone isn’t waterproof.

chitownyogini :  does your phone ever fall out?  that would be my biggest worry with this one even though this looks way better than the method I’ve been using.

It depends on my route for me. If it’s just a simple single-mile, I’ll just leave my phone at home since I have my watch – no need for music when your runs are that short. For longer runs, I have my bluetooth headphones and I keep my phone in my legging pockets. However, I don’t have a plan for the summer yet. gotta figure that out lol

I have  an armband for my phone. I listen to music with it and wireless headphones

I just carry mine. I don’t have wireless headphones, so my earbuds attach to my phone, and if I put it in a leggings pocket, it would pull too much at the earbuds. As a pp said, I also will flip between songs so I like having access to it. It’s never really bothered me to have it in my hand 🤷‍♀️

pinkcorsage :  My phone doesn’t feel like it’s going to fall, the pocket is tight and deep enough that my iPhone 6 fits all the way inside. Newer models are bigger now so I’m not sure how an X or bigger would feel. I also have a Speck case on my phone that has like ribbed rubber grips on it so that may have something to do with it too…. plus, we can never have too many cute sports bras? Am I right?

I don’t run a lot but when I do I hold it in my hand. Kinda gets sweaty though. Yuck!

I use my Garmin watch for shorter runs, but carry my phone on long runs.

Disclaimer: my phone is fully waterproof.

I have lululemon tights with cargo pockets & they’re ideal. However, when it;s to hot for tights & I wear itty-bitty shorts, I’ll actually stuff my phone into the back band of my sportsbra. It gets soaked, but doesn’t bounce & drive me nuts.

or a water on longer runs these also have a pocket

i also use a garmin watch.  i don’t use my phone if i am running in our neighborhood or from the gym.  i’ll take my phone on long runs or if i am trail running through the woods. but i always make sure someone knows where i am.

I love my flip belt. I get my running app started, then tuck it in the pocket and forget it.

I like it because I can also tuck ID, a credit card, and my key fob in there. Sometimes, I just like to run until I can’t do any further, then get a bus back to where I started.

I found almost any other scenario to be more bothersome. Jackets are fine until you get too warm. Armbands are INCREDIBLY annoying. For a long time I tucked everything into my bra – I’d use a carabiner to hook my keys to a strap – but it’s not the most comfortable option.

I haven’t tried leggings with pockets yet, but I might give that a shot, based on what the bees are saying here.

If my leggings have a good sized phone pocket, I use that.  If I’m  running in pocketless leggings or shorts, I wear a flipbelt.

I stuff it in my sports bra. It’s annoying for a while but after I am huffing and puffing for some time, I hardly notice or remember about it.

I have bought arm bands, waist bands, etc. in the past but none of them keep it as firm and tight as this age old method of stuffing things in your bra for keepsake. embarassed
