I do interval training so my time and speed vary.   3.5 for one minute, 5.3 for two minutes for 4  -5 miles.

I run outside. I range from an 8:20 to 9:20 pace right now. Hoping speed work will bring me down to an 8:55 solid next month for my first long run of the season on hills. This would mean an 8:35 on the flat the month after blowing my half marathon time out of the water, and a possibility to build towards a bq marathon in the next 12-18 months.

@Eve2024: Usually, I’m steady at 6.3-6.8mph. I’ll occasionally throw in some intervals up to 7.3 and down to 6. My sprint is 10mph. Usually I run a 5k in around 29.

I guess pace wise, I’m around 9-9:30/mi

@Eve2024:  I normally run about 7 mph and normally run 6-8 miles 3 daus a week, 12-14 miles one day a week, and 4 miles  1 day a week. I run outside on mostly flat, paved trails.

Before my knee injury this winter, I was running my long runs (13 to 20 miles) at an 8:45 to 9:00 min/mile pace. My short runs average about 7:50 to 8:20 min/mile pace.

My 5k PR was this past November and I ran it in 22:29. it was an all-out sprint since it was a narrow path, a HUGE crowd, and I started way too far forward because I mis-read the pace signs.

Lately I’ve been on the treadmill and have worked back up to 4 miles at a time, and I’m working to keep up my speed as I rebuild distance, so I’ve been keeping the pace up around 7:30 to 8:00 min/mile.

My goal is to finish my next 5k under 30 mins, so I set the treadmill at 6, and run and 11 min mile.

My goal is to run a 5km..so far I can run 4km without stopping and I finish that in about 20 to 25 minutes (faster on the treadmill then when I run outside)
