On the morning of my big day, I ran 4 miles along the beach with my FH and my sister. It was a beautiful morning and we chatted away. I was happy and energized, ready to go! I feel sluggish if I don’t run, so I knew I’d be less stressed as the day went on.
I’m with ladybuglove.
I’ll probably run 5km and follow it up with some yoga. When I run- it doesn’t clear my mind, but it gives me more energy for the rest of my day. Yoga, outside, will center me & prepare me!
I’m not a runner, I do other workouts, but on that day I think i’ll pop in my favorite stretching dvd and do that. It’s relaxing, and loosens me up. I don’t wanna be all worked up and working out tends to do that to me. the stretching calms me down.
