Question- is the grapevine that is in the pic something that the venue keeps there all the time? My suggestions are based on it not being there.

You could hang the heart wreath(whichever one you prefer) in the doorway and string your heart garland on each side to cover the first section of the gazebo that will be visible in photos.

Or, just use your heart garland. Depending on the size, it may be all you need. Just swag it over the doorway and down the post on each side.

Or, you could hang grapevine balls in each of the side sections and use your heart garland in the doorway.

raffia straw is versatile and rustic.  It makes nice “bows”, and swags.
