2nd hand stores~! Goodwills, salvation armies..ebay.or if you h ave the time.. get wooden frames from dollar tree.. paint them and glue on fake branches- then seal it in with polyurethane

Why not make your own rustic photo frames?  You can buy a cheap frame and just go out in nature finding twigs, tree bark, acorns etc to hot glue to the frame.  Or go to Hobby Lobby and get some fake moss to glue to the frame.

Another cute idea for a vintage frame is to again buy a cheap frame and glue buttons to it or lace, fabrics etc.  The possibilities are endless.  I just think you could make a frame just as lovely yourself as you could buy one and they would be cheaper and have more meaning to you.
