I’m having a world of a time trying to locate something “rustic” here in Palm Beach County. I would like a southern-style wedding with the boots and all, and that’s not typically conducive on the beach! Does anyone have any ideas as to where this dream venue could be? I wouldn’t mind traveling up into Martin County, but would prefer to remain in Stuart or south. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!
PS – Anything outdoors that I may be able to work with? Oak trees and what not? As long as it’s not on a GOLF COURSE, I’ll be happy. 🙂

I’m in the same boat, I live in Broward County and can’t seem to find anything! I hope someone out there has discovered something.

I had a similiar problem trying to find a non-hotel looking venue down in Miami. I wanted an intimate garden setting and found it an hour north in Delray Beach! You ladies should check out the Copper Estate… it’s in south Miami, but is a very rustic yet elegant barn setting (I recently discovered it in the Knot magazine)!

@klynn785: I don’t know how familair you are with PB county or what size venue you need, but this B&B is in Loxahatchee-does weddings and has a horse farm onsite 🙂

Are you still looking? I was having the same issue for awhile…looking for a very rustic affordable venue in the martin or palm beach area. Check this place out- Bonnette Banquet Lodge in Palm Beach Gardens. Dont go to there website because its very outdated…but find them on facebook. They have tons of pictures of past weddings. The place is huge! They have a very nice ceremony location under a big oak tree, and a large covered outside area. Its an older place, so a little outdated. When I looked at it I wasnt 100% sold until I looked at some pictures of what other people did. With some decorations and flowers its very nice.
Hope this helps!

@rbenevides: Hello! That is so funny you mentioned them, because we actually booked them for our October wedding! We fell in love when we went out to visit! It is very large and open, which is nice, because at 125 guests, it’ll give them enough room to move around! It was the feel we were going for, and Marcia, the coordinator, is so incredibly nice. And willing to work with you on any request you may have!
Thank you, again, for the recommendation! 🙂

klynn785: Hi! I was wondering if you could tell me how much the rental venue was for the Bonnette Hunt Club? Trying to help my friend out with her planning. Thank You! 🙂

klynn785: PREACH!! I’m in NJ, and feel your pain. Our venue is nearly an HOUR from our church! We hate having our guests travel and it complicates the day, but barns are very hard to come by around here as well.

klynn785: Would you be able to tell me how much their venue costs?
