So…I left everything ’till the end and now I’m facing the consequences.
Well, not really, I just haven’t found my shoes and since I’m having my dress tailored (hand-made) my dressmaker told me she need to take the lenght measurements of my dress. Which means, I need my shoes ASAP!
Now, I am not much of a fashionista, but I want to look sophisticated and comfortable on my wedding. I am thinking about getting white/ivory shoes (since ivory is the color of my dress), with very few sparkes (none if possible) and just a small “wow” touch (pattern, lace, etc.). I also wanted to have closed shoes with medium heel.
However, since we are just hitting spring/summer season where I live, it seems that all shoe stores are done with closed shoes and are mostly seeling peep-toe shoes and sandals with heels. I am not so sure of how my dress would look with sandals or peep-toes and I’m having a quite difficult time to find what to wear. Specially because I feel more comfortable with sandals, but I just feel that they might make the dress look too “casual” and not “classy” or “wedding-material”.
Would anyone care to help me? I am attaching a picture of a dress that looks quite similar to the one I’m having tailored. Just picture it in color white/ivory.
Thanks : D
