Im sorry you won’t have your dream dress.  FWIW, I like the new one much better.  I think it is really beautiful!

That’s a very pretty dress. I’m not pregnant and I wish I had been able to find something like that in my price range. I’m a modest dresser and felt like I had to be all ‘out’ on the big day.

 

The vast majority of folks don’t get their dream dress. Take a look around here – it’s not uncommon for those who find ‘the one’ to complain weeks later that they have changed their minds. There are infinite options out there and infinite opportunities to change your mind or to discover something you like more.

No one is going to remember your dress but you. The dresses either of my sisters-in-law wore? Uh…I think one of them may have been strapless? They were long? In the long run, you’re going to be comfortable on your wedding day (at least it appears!) and that’s not something to sniff at. My dress was a little uncomfortable, and that was a bigger deal to me than its particular style.
