It’s from Bloomingdale’s, so they’re a reputable retailer.  I’m sure they can handle your return properly.  I’d just read the packing material and/or the website for information on returns and follow the instructions.  I’d exchange it for a size 4, but also be ready to get alterations if you need them.  Most bridal dresses need alterations, and just because yours is off the rack doesn’t mean your dress will fit perfectly either.

This doesn’t really have to be that stressful, just send it back!

What the last commentor said- you should have no issues with either returning or exchanging from Bloomingdale’s. I’d be more concerned if it was a small retailer. International returns dont really take that long so you will have plenty of time if your wedding is in August.
