@vintage2010:  Have you tried using sinus rinses like neti pots and sinurinses? I have had a lot of sucess with them and they’re medfree.

I live off of saline solution when my sinuses act up since getting pregnant. I also use Chlor-Trimenton as it’s listed on my pregnancy safe list from my doctor’s office.

@vintage2010:  Definitely try it. It might feel funny (you’ll look funny, hands down, we all do) and it might take a few days to start clearing out, but you will feel so much better, I promise.

@vintage2010:  I LOVE my neti pot! I’ve been using it for a few years now for chronic allergies. Try it!!
