Dont drink alchohol

Drink lots of water-3 litres or more.

no coffee, pop, asparatame

eat green veggies like kale, salad

Dont eat gassy vegetables (broccoli, etc)

No bread

No dairy

No fat

Juice your breakfast and lunch (f and V’s)…greek yogurt

Egg whites or lean protein like fish for dinner

Take diuretics if you can

If you can get your hands on these, Take midol PMS

I hear a good way to get rid of water weight and bloat is to eat watermelon or canteloupe and drink lots and lots of water…

mmm make sure to avoid SALT / SODIUM at all costs as it retains water in your body.

My Fiance and I just started juicing a couple weeks ago and I have noticed awesome changes.

The idea is that instead of having breakfast and lunch, I drink as much juice as I want (which is actually very filling).  However, it’s juice I make at home with fresh fruits and vegetables, not store bought stuff that’s full of sugar and preservatives.  I’ve also been keeping all of the junkie fast food out of sight so I don’t eat double cheeseburgers for dinner.

It’s reintroduced the fruits and veggies I had otherwise not eaten a whole lot of back into my diet.  As a bonus, I lost 5 lbs in the first week!
