    They all sound down right delicious, its hard to choose! I picked the one with the citrus dressing, and will be expecting my invite in the mail soon! Wink

    I dont like goat cheese but I voted for the 2nd option. I love peacans and cranberries in my salad!

    #2 for sure! I am obsessed with goat cheese. That sounds sooo good, and I feel like most people would love it.

    I voted for the mixed field greens.  But I can eat plain romaine lettuce all day long.  I know I am so weird.

    One thing to think about… do you have anyone attending that is allergic to nuts?

    I ask that because it seems like so many folks are allergic now-a-days.

    I am allergic to dairy so the only salad I would eat is the garden salad.

    I’m a picky eater so I would only eat the garden salad! Buttt, the other choices do sound delicious. I woud just pick around the stuff I don’t like.

    @PinkMagnolia: 🙂

    Sorry to those out there with nut allergies, but the majority of your guests probably don’t have an allergy to nuts and it would be better to have a more gourmet, interesting salad rather than a basic mixed greens In My Humble Opinion.
