This article made me cry happy tears: “Paul Harris manages the section of the Clark County Auditor’s Office that issues marriage licenses. But as a gay man in a committed relationship for nearly 40 years, he’s not been able to get one for himself. Until now.”
Anyway, congrats to all of the same sex couples who will finally be granted the right to marriage in Washington State! One more step forward for civil rights!

🙁 I read this as WA – Western Australia 🙁
Hopefully its not to much longer before us Aussies wake up and allow same sex couples to marry!!

Makes me sad to live in a red state that is so vehemently against same sex marriage.
One can hope that eventually, this will be a world-wide thing. Love is love.

- Wedding: May 2013 - The bride's hometown United Methodist Church near Kalamazoo
That was one of the sweetest articles I’ve ever read…almost brought tears to my eyes. I’m so proud of the voters in Washington state for passing this and hope that someday Michigan will come around (doesn’t look likely anytime soon, but hopefully things will change!).

I could jump for joy. It baffles me to think that California is still not one of those states…
