Hi bees! My Fiance will be honeymooning at Sandals Halcyon Beach in St Lucia in early October, which I can NOT wait for! I was hoping some bees who have been there before can give me an example of what the weekly activities are. We’re trying to plan our excursions and don’t want to miss something super fun at the resort. (Ex: if there’s always a toga party on Tuesdays, we won’t book something for Tuesday night).

Any help at all would be great!

We honeymooned there and LOVED it. It’s been a few years so I have no idea what the nightly schedule is but my tip is to actually go to the Grande for their block party night. It may be called something else but basically it’s a block party in the parking lot with various food stalls and such. Also, I don’t think there is a reason to book excursions in advance unless you find a great deal online. You can book everything onsite and then make your plans based on weather, time, etc. The Italian restaurant was memorable and the Pier had a nice view but the food did not make the same impression. There is a teppanaki restaurant which requires reservations at one of the resorts, make reservations as soon as you arrive, they are hard to get and we had a great last night there. Also, there is water skiing and tubing at Halycon which was so much fun during the day. The Halycon’s pool was a highlight and a great place to spend a rainy day, the playmakers seemed to always be doing something at the pool which was fun but we liked the beach and pool at the Grande a lot as well so spent a coupld of days there toward the end of our trip. I would 100% recommend the Halycon for a relaxing honeymoon, the staff really stood out and took care of everything.
