MemberI don’t like the purplish-pink, myself. I’d want a warmer, more strawberry pink. But my skin tone is quite warm, so if you have a cooler complexion, it could work!
Dark blue is pretty universally flattering, IMO, so I think it’s easier to find a blue sapphire you like than roll the dice on a pink one.
MemberI went with a yellow sapphire myself! But between blue and pink I would definitely choose blue. I’m not really a pink person, and the pink sapphires I have seen are all pepto bismol pink. If your heart is leaning towards the pink (which it seems like it is to me), look out for a nice rosey pink stone that doesn’t remind one of medicine

Because I get all of my sapphires here and they have a huge range of colors!
