definitely get a sapphire!!! they’re beautiful, timeless, and great stones. i’ve seen morganites in person and they were very pale and glassy looking.

While morganite is definately a beautiful stone a sapphire will offer much more durability for everyday wear.  You can get a peachy/pink or champagne sapphire for that lovely soft hue and have confidence it will last a lifetime.

pink sapphire band and pink sapphire stacking ring. Both are in Rose gold.  I took a pic inside and outside so you could see the difference. I LOVE pink sapphires!!

Here’s my pad. sapphire. It’s the same size as a 1 carat diamond, 6.5 mm. A lot of pads. are the same color as morganite with more durability, so you may want to look into them!

Here is my ‘Cotton Candy Pink’ sapphire set in white gold. Getting mine reset and thinking of going Rose gold… The main reason I would go sapphire is that is hard enough that you don’t need to worry about damaging it!!! Good Luck!

image2My pale pink Sapphire.

My jewler said Morganites aren’t rated for every day wear and would most likely need to be relaced in its lifetime, so be wary!
