i like the sash if you are keeping the cardigan on, if not then no sash.

I love the red sash, I’m just not sure if I like the polka dots. It kind of clashes with the pretty details on the dress!

So yes, I’m on team-sash. Maybe just a red one without dots?

I’m sorry, I’m just trying to be honest!!! 🙂

If you are going to wear a red petticoat, I think that I would prefer the ensemble with no sash, because it would be kind of overwhelming to have red almost everywhere in your outfit.

I love sashes, but agree with PP…no sash if you’re also doing a red petticoat and cardigan..plus! I think the belted sash tht is part of the dress is super flattering nad pretty on it’s on!

But you could always add one for part of the wedding if you wanted the look!

Personally, I think the sash would be too busy-you have sparkle in the shoes, the cardi and a gorgeous dress. I think the question is to ask what does the sash add to the outfit? To me, it takes my eyes away from your super cute shoes. and I fear there may be too many pops of red going on, taking the eye away from the lovely brides face!

Actually, having everything in one color is MORE slimming, and having color tied around your waist may make you look chopped in half and your eye will be drawn more to the color than to the overall look. I’d stick with just the shoes and cardigan.

@deerdonna:  I agree with you that the picture with the sash the waist looks smaller then the just white.  I am not brave enough to be so bold but if it fits your personality I think you should.  I love all the red!
