I’ll put the disclaimer that 95% of the time I prefer belts with wedding dresses, but for yours I definitely think it needs a little something to break up that long torso. Plus it gives you a great shape. Go for it!

i would go bling crazy with a belt for that dress! and maybe a bold necklace too!! That dress is GORGEOUS and is a perfect canvas for some awesome accessories! Love it. I would do something bold and maybe edgy – you can have a lot of fun with that dress. Love it!!

Nope you need a belt for sure I think for the exact reason another bee suggested. You need something to break up the bodice and redefine your waist. Without it you risk looking like a straight line instead of having a nice curve, the belt will hit you at the smallest part of you waist and enhance it.

I would say belt, although the look of the dress with out it has a classic timeless look the belt would give you definition and give a an extra touch tgat would make it your dress.

scoutypants: belt definitely! Try etsy.com too for belts. If your having trouble with your salon I would recommend David’s bridal. While some people have a less than stellar experience they always get the job done.
