You should do the “Haunted Bar Crawl” (if you drink). lol.  That was one of the first things I did when I lived there.  It’s ALOT of fun and you get to go all over town.

Definitely stop by the Bonaventure Cemetary (the one shown in the movie “Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil”.  It is so awesome! It took us about an hour/hour and a half to go thru it.   I got some really cool pics there too.

we stayed at a wonderful bed and breakfast. we rented bikes one day for a few hours (highly recommend that- it was a great way to see the town!). We were able to see most of the little parks and the cemeteries on the bikes.  we did a haunted pub crawl (so fun!). We took a drive out to Tybee Island and on the way back ate at the Crab Shack.. sooo yummy and fun.. you just eat outside and get messy. Our last night we went down along the water on River Street. It was during football season so we started at one bar watching the Giants and kind of decided to do our own pub crawl (we are crazy). We had one drink at each of 10 bars along that stretch. We took a pic of each one to remember so i can look it up and let you know… hold on… okay, The Warehouse, Wet Willies, Lizzys, Spankys, Bernies, kevin Barry’s, Fiddler’s (i think), Rocks, then we ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings… and Murphy’s Law (we ate here the night before too.. decent Irish food). Those last 2 are by Julian Street (there are like 4 blocks that are cobblestone that it is pedestrian traffic only- cute little shops, candy stores and such). We ate at Belfords and liked it a lot. Fiance had a chicken sandwich, i had a crabcake and we had fried green tomatoes. yum.   We did a wine tasting at the Meinhardt Winery right across the street. The lady was super sweet and we bought 4 bottles and shipped them home.. been meaning to order more from her. They had delish red wines that are meant to be served cold since GA is so hot. They also had a good peach wine.

oh! our haunted pub crawl ended at Jen’s and Friends. Do yourself a favor and cap off a night with a martini there. omg, neither of us are martini people but these were insane. omg, i want one now.

i posted a pick of my meal at The Crabshack:

lol, i always crave crabcakes. i love seafood and Fiance hates it so when i went to town on that heap of food he was eating chicken. he is away on his bach party right now and i cannot wait to throw my salmon in the broiler.

we stayed at the Green Palm (#5) and it was insanely good. we have only been once so i dont know the other places.

the martinis at that place i mentioned- they have a lot of dessert ones. prob like 1,000 calories each but beyond worth it.

I’ve only been to Savannah once, and we had a great time on River Street!  I love Savannah, it’s so beautiful.

i think we stayed in the royal palm suite.. it was the only one unbooked when we booked. neither of us had been to a B&B so we were a little nervous but Diane, the owner is sooo friendly. She made breakfast every morning and her french toast is outstanding. At 4 she would put out wine, snacks, cookies. it was just so so wonderful. it was like we were home. we could use her fridge if we wanted, we could pour a glass of wine later in the evening. i would highly recommend it.
