I’ve been searching for cylinders to put my candles in for centerpieces.
Save-on-crafts.com seems to have the best prices but I was just wondering if anyone has used them before. If so how was your experience? Were they nice? Were they damaged? Were they on time?
Thanks for the help!

i ordered several things from them such as my aisle runner, fg baskets etc. i did not order any glassware though. they were great. everything came packaged well and it took only about a week to arrive. i would highly recommend them…

I’ve ordered things from there that are good… and I was going to order glassware- but the shipping is ridiculous. you’re better off getting your glass locally.

I recently ordered 12 square glass vases from Save On Crafts. They were an awesome price, and came in perfect shape. They were actually a lot nicer than I had expected. Each was wrapped, and packaged in its own box. They also used a ton of packing stuff to ensure it arrived safe and sound. I’m so pleased I am ordering more stuff for the big day. Good Luck!

they were horrible! i’ve already commented on them before so i won’t go into it too much, but i ordered over 100 vases from them, and most all of them were not good quality. i ordered glass cylinder vases and most of them were bubbled in the glass, which made them ugly and sharp in places. a good number of them weren’t even cylindrical but came in odd shapes that bulged in places. their customer service and return policy was horrible! my advice is find something local, because you will definitely save on shipping like one poster said earlier. save on crafts is cheap for a reason.

I have ordered square vases from them and my experience was fine. Two vases were broken when they arrived, but I followed their instructions for replacing broken merchandise and got my replacements quickly in the mail.

I ordered 33 vases from Save On Crafts. The price was good, even with shipping. They came wrapped and packaged in their own boxes, so they all arrived intact. The quality was a lot better than I expected and comparable or better than the ones that I got from Michaels.

I just recently ordered a bird cage card holder and I love it! They had some problems with shipping and immediately called me to give me different options. I thought their customer service was good.

I ordered 60 vases from them.. 3 different size cylinder and 1 size bubble vase. They all camed REALLY WELL packaged; in fact, we had two garbage bags full of packing material, and that’s with leaving the vases inside the interior boxes.
The shipping was pricey.. about 1/3 of the total price, but I priced it out, and it still came out cheaper than I could find in a craft store and it was exactly what I wanted. So, yeah.. I think they are good!

I had some issues with them. First of all, the shipping was very expensive. Then I ordered Champagne colored sea glass that showed up on the website as a light gold. When I got it, it was pink. So I called and the lady wanted me to pay for shipping to send it back. The shipping was more than the item cost so I ended up counting it as a loss.

- Wedding: March 2005 - Westside Loft, New York
I recently bought three apothocary jars from them. One arrived slightly chipped at the rim, but it’s not really noticeable and I was too lazy to ship it back. The prices were great — I’d buy from them again.

I bought several wedding items from them and everything came out great. I was going to order my glassware from them but I ended up renting all my glass bowls and cylinders for much less. And I wasn’t stuck with them afterwards. I would check out nearby rental places and party supply places to see if they have some available to rent. I was so happy that they were cheaper to rent and I had the Maid/Matron of Honor just return them after the wedding for us. The cylinders were $1 and the bowls were $2 to rent. I would definitely do some checking around to see if you can rent them rather than buy them.

I’m DIYing my invitations and ordered 12 boxes of the Scotch double-sided scrapbooking tape and some fuschia ribbon. I got a great deal on this things and they were much cheaper than they would have been at Joann or Michael’s. Everything arrived and worked out great, so I would recommend them.
