Long time lurker, first time poster looking for help on our first Save the Date attempt. I like the light chevron backround but am not sure if the font choices/color looks right. Our colors are a mint & gold which is what I’m trying to mimic. Open to any and all suggestions.

@IndyBride2014: Hmmm…the font is a little hard to read in my opinion…and the 8.30.14 all kind of flows together (hard to see the periods separating) Maybe do dashes for that? I think as the script gets smaller (like for formal invitation to follow) it gets harder to read. Are there any other fonts you can play around with?

@IndyBride2014: Well, that blue isn’t mint..so..
But they’re cute!

@IndyBride2014: I really like what you have so far! The colors on the save the date appear to be a light blue background and yellow font. Is there a way to change it to be more mint and gold?
Also, what if you made the date stand out a little more by changing it to a different font?
I like the filter you used on the photo! Softens the look!

Thanks for the suggestions! Going to re-work them and try to hit a more mint/gold color pallet. Any suggestions for a good gold? I found mint color B0DE9B that seems to be less blue.
Will also play with font choices a little more. I’m thinking about switching all the script font to print and vice versa with the exception of the wedding website; I’ll leave that print. Thoughts?
