We used Four Color Magnets (http://www.fourcolormagnets.com/wedding-magnets.php) and they turned out really well.  We also had a friend who does design work design the entire thing for us and all we had to do was email the company the file and they use that.  They were really easy to work with and the magnets turned out very nice.

I also designed my own. Vista Print has the cheapest (around $44 for 100), but I ordered samples from a few places (VP, MagnetStreet, MagnetQueen, Overnight Prints) and found MagnetQueen had the best. The other magnets are very thin — espeically VP and OP — and curl up a little on the fridge. MagnetQueen has the thickest. I got 100 for $84 with free shipping and 20% off. Highly recommend!
