Been awhile but I finally needed to check in – ever since getting a wedding planner my stress level has gone waaaaaaay down. 😀 Anyway, I’m behind on Save-the-Dates of all things and way ahead on others – go figure – but I needed your input. My Fiance and I are basically going with this style ‘Save-the-Date’ as featured above. It’s from the Dauphine Press (http://www.dauphinepress.com/stdate-metallic.html) and we’re not doing it exactly like the picture – no metal tins or the screw thing, for example, but we’re definitely ahve that style.
Because most of our guests will be from out of town (our original idea of a small, 50-70 person wedding may grow to be 150-200 people) and out of the country, we’ve set aside a block of rooms at a local hotel and have activities planned for those arriving a few days early and also for that weekend. We’d like to include Accomodation and Activities/Diversion information with the Save-the-Dates, but, um, is that proper? Do people do that?
If so, how formal does it need to be? Do I reiterate that in my invitations? And how would you word something like that?
Lol, guess I have a lot of questions. Any help would be great!
