We’re not doing photo save the dates, so I opted for a layout with letterpress detail (only the graphical elements, i.e. waves and pennants will be letterpressed), and here’s what the sample looks like + color swatches:

Here are the two options I’ve come up with so far (obviously, the “real” version will have last names):

I’d love to hear any feedback on the design, and also which template you prefer! I just can’t decide.

I like the waves one in grey… think I’d enjoy seeing that one up on my fridge for a while until your wedding came around! 🙂

I actually like them both but I can’t help but lean towards the first one, grey waves. I think it’s because there is a lot more empty space in the second one, where the grey feels more cohesive to me. Also bunting is very popular right now so I see it a lot (but I’m planning a wedding, most people aren’t on wedding blogs everyday so I guess they wouldn’t see it so much). But for that reason the grey seems more unique to me.

@CakeyP: @Kit_Kath: thanks for your input! I’m leaning towards the waves too, as I prefer the symmetry, the only reason I’m having doubts is that the letterpress texture is actually a lot more prominent in the bunting one.
I’d also love to hear from the people who chose neither as the option – constructive criticism is very much appreciated!
I can choose any of the swatched colors for the letterpress design, and make all sorts of changes to the text area.
