I stuuuupidly ordered double the Save the Dates that we needed a long time ago, and we did the A & B lists, so only A’s got Save the Dates. It’s now time to send invitations, and we have about 60 Save the Dates and only 20 people who didn’t get them. How tacky would it be to send the Save the Dates with the invitation to those who didn’t get STD’s?

I guess I don’t really see the point. Either way you can’t get your money back on the extra Save-The-Date Cards, and I don’t really see how sending them with the invitations to the extra 20 B-listers would help. I think you should just send out the invitations – STD time has passed.

Just send the invites- people who receive save the dates now could realize that they were B list.

Uggh, I just don’t want 60 STD’s lying around since they’re magnets and really heavy, lol. I was so silly, I was thinking # of guests vs. # of parties and then some extra just in case there were errors in the magnet printing process.
Oh well! This is why my chosen career doesn’t have anything to do with numbers or logic.

Yeah, don’t send the save the dates. Just toss them, or recycle them if that’s possible.
