Hi all- I’m just wondering if anyone has a website reference or "how-to" instructions on preserving your bouquet? I’m not sure if I’ll do it or not… or what I’d even do with the preserved/dried bouquet if I did save it. Thoughts anyone… how did you preserve it and what did you end up doing with it once complete??

I have my bouquet dried in my parents garage. I am not sure if I am saving it or not. I am thinking about taking on petal and putting it in a scrapbook with a picture of the bouquet that way I don’t have to find a place for it.

I hung it from the light fixture in our kitchen for a few weeks to dry it. It’s now sitting on the top of our kitchen cupboards in a vase. It looks pretty, but I’m not entirely sure what to do with it in the long term.

Today I was watching an episode of Whose Wedding is it Anyway, and they featured a bride who had her bouquet preserved. She had it displayed in a shadow box along with a picture of her and her husband on their wedding day. So thats definitely another idea, plus it would keep it out of the elements and really protect it long term.
