Any words of advice! Basically, I was surprised for my brithday and all my girlfriends flew in. My fiance set up a bunch of stores to check out dresses (so sweet).
I am having an issue because I like so many dresses, but of course the one I love is totally out of my price range. I wanted to keep everything under $2000 (but secretly hoping under $1200). I am the kind of person that will basically shop around or wait for years until I decide to purchase seomthing. (Examples: 3 years before buying a $100 hair straightener, 2 years before buying a new computer, etc.)
So hoping you guys can provide some advice:
Dress 1: Romona Keveza L195 (Retails $3295, was able to get down to $2395/alteration cap $495) This was the last stop on the wedding dress train at Kleinfelds – I found a dress that I just couldn’t keep my eyes off when it was on me. When it was on the hanger it didnt look like something I would want. If I had all the money in the world, I would buy it. I love the Blush color I tried on and of course left the place with everyone in tears including myself. Unfortuantely I was unable to get a pic of myself in it.

Dress 2: San Patrick Eresma (Retails $1250, able to get $50 off to make it $1200/alterations around $250). I found this before the girls came, but something about it was so romantic. I was never going to try on a mermaid, bc I never liked the divide. This actually flows nicely and love the ruffles. Only issue is that my fiance may step all over it.
Dress 3: Blue by Enzoani (Retails $1750, but found it for $1530 at another store/not sure about alterations costs. This is the one that I loved at the 2nd store and of course this was the emotional high when another girlfriend walked in to surprise me, announced her pregnancy and then my fiance/I wedding song came on. Figured it was all a sign. Looking back, I look very booby – not sure.
Can anyone provide some advice on which dress? Or if anyone knows a replica of the 1st dress, I am totally open to looking

I think the 2nd dress is really, really beautiful on you. I’m not loving the 3rd one as much, at least in these photos. You’re right, I think it’s too “booby”–maybe in a different size/with alterations it would be perfect.
The first one looks like it’s gorgeous, too, but I don’t think it’s ever worth going over your budget by so much. Can you wait a few months before buying any dress, to give yourself time to hunt around for a used one??

I love the second one on you. Its gorgeous! 🙂

I’m no help, because all of those dresses (number 1 would def look amazing) look amazing on you! I absolutely love 1 and 2!

That San Patrick is your dress, no doubt about it. The other two don’t look nearly as special as the SP. Don’t go over your budget when you found a dress IN your budget that looks like that. It’s fantastic!

#2 fo sho. Best price, most flatterring!

How about adding a poll? But I love the second dress on you the best.

I vote for dress #2. It’s stunning on you. And the price point is more of what you would be comfortable spending.

The San Patrick looks amazing on you! What a beautiful dress, I say save yourself some $$ and go with it.

I love dress number 2, but from your description and the way you describes dress #1 I say if you can afford your dress dress go for it.
I have an awful tendency to set a budget but use that sort of as baseline. I loved loved loved my wedding gown and wish I could wear it every day. I had a budget of 5k for my dress, shoes, veil, fitting, etc. Well I fell in love with a dress for $4,800. So I’m probably the wrong person to ask lol

I love number 2 on you! I don’t think it’s worth going out of your budget for the first one.

I vote for #2 the SP Eresma. BUT I am biased because that is my dress too!
If you are really in love with #1, can you find it pre-loved?

Number 1 HANDS DOWN!! However, I wouldn’t pay that price for it. Why don’t you find it on a preowned site? Some are samples, some are new dresses no one wore and some are pre-owned OR alternatively, you can look for the same style of dress by a lesser known designer. But I do love that dress on you.
