I think this person is trying to scam me. I’ve read threafs about scammers but I didn’t find anything about this particular seller. They have lots of votive candles, Chargers and table runners listed. When I asked about payment options, they said they had just opened their PayPal account and want to use western union.
I won’t proceed with the order but wanted to make bees aware to NEVER send money via moneygram or western union since you can’t open a dispute with them to get your funds returned.
here is a picture of their last email with the email address they are using.

Sounds fishy. The grammar alone would concern me.

actually I kinda get that. I sell on eBay, and paypal does hold the cash for 21 days for new sellers. It’s pretty frustrating. But if you’re getting bad vibes don’t buy. When you responded to this email saying that you’d prefer to use Paypal, what did she say?

Please read this support thread: http://support.weddingbee.com/topic/fraud-2/
She is a scammer. What’s her username? The ladies on the support thread didn’t know so she hasn’t been shut down yet (support needs her username to block her account).

The seller stopped responding after I insisted on Paypal.

Never ever accept any payment other than paypal. What they do is they end up sending you more money than what you asked for (Like hundreds more), then they ask you to refund the difference. You do that, then find out weeks later that the money order/cheque they sent you was a fake. So you lose the amount you sent them, plus the item you sold.
