The cat/cow yoga pose really helps for me! Also, try to spend some time on a yoga ball instead of sitting in a regular chair. And sleep with a pillow between your knees. Hope you feel better!

I had sciatic pain so bad early in pregnancy that I couldn’t walk or stand for more than a few minutes. I went to physical therapy and it helped tons. They even showed my husband how to relieve the pain when bad. Mine was caused by tense muscles and the starting point of pain was in the butt/hip area and by having someone push on those tense muscles (does hurt initially) it would loosen up and feel much better. Otherwise baths helped.

KatiePi:  Lay on your back with your legs up the wall- make sure your but is against the wall! Also google the yoga pose “half moon” and do it againt the wall, use a block under your hand to help you keep the chest nice and open

Legs up the wall won’t be super helpful when you are massively pregnant because you can’t lay on your back too long but half moon against a wall might be ok until you get really big

Do you have any prenatal yoga classes nearby? You should go and tell the instructor that you are having sciatic pain he or she will be able to help you XO
