Of course it is. I hope you get everything you are asking for and more. Your pictures tell the story and I would be shocked at any other outcome.

sarahsmiles2018 :  you have a strong case but you were also not “classy” when you wished her a pleasant day straight after telling her you’ll be seeing her in court. Keep the emotions down a bit, you don’t want to seem unhinged in court. Your evidence will help win your case, no need to keep messaging her. Did Lisa get a subpoena?

I hope that you are able to get compensation that you feel is fair. I also hope that you’re able to move on from this quickly, because spending the first 6 months of your marriage obsessing over a very unfortunate but ultimately insignificant mishap isn’t healthy. You don’t get time back, and time is a million times more valuable than a wedding dress or some photos.

Write nasty reviews everywhere you can directly at these 2 despicable people, like literally destroy them on the internet. 

Once you get all that out assess if you wanna go forth with a court case. Id sue for the maximum and then settle it somewhere lower.

I would advise to stop writing reviews, you now have an open case pending with the shop owner and I would also advise to stop writing updates here since again you have a pending case. Anything you write in public can be used against you for better or worse as they say. I understand that this is a very emotional time and that the event was to have been a special one where you were to feel absolutely beautiful in didn’t happen because of the dress. Take a step back from the internet and focus on the case, once the case is won then write the review but keep it to the point.
