Ahhhh, I can answer for in saying that that Lazaro would run a lot more than $1000.  Trust me I feel your pain, Lazaro is my absolute favorite designer, I drool over his dresses and would loved to have worn one.  And you certainly can find them in reasonable price ranges, just not $1000 reasonable. Unless you’re willing to go the used route, you may want to check out Preownedweddingdresses.com or Oncewed.com or something.

Also, I do have a satin one for sale from Priscilla of Boston, new with tags.  No idea if you’re interested in “used” although it’s not used or what your size is, but I’m selling for much less than $1000 for a very quality gown! (Retail $1975)

I got mine used for 500. Retail is more like 2000. If you’re willing to go used, look into Pronovias, La Sposa, San Patrick and White One. Mine is La Sposa’s Fanal.

Yup, I second the Lazaro’s starting around $3000 (this is what I meant by a fairly reasonable price) but they go way up from there.

@MsBrooklynA:  Satin. And in desperate need of steaming.

@MsBrooklynA:  When you say mermaid do you mean a big dramatic bottom, or do you mean a more sleek fitted bottom?
