I know its not good for your skin but I know A LOT of people who swear by using tanning beds.  The lights helps greatly.  A friend who was in the Army and stationed in Fairbanks, Alaska said it was the best thing for him and his buddies.

Dont worry, a lot of people suffer from this. I havent really noticed it that much or at least I dont remember noticing it so much last year but this year has been HORRIBLE for me. Literally since the time change I have been feeling so BLAH. Its awful. I am definitely going to try some of these at home remedies for myself too so thank you for posting this! I guess I just need more sunlight! This really makes me want to move to a place that is bright year round! Or move someplace warm like the Caribbean 🙂
