Mmmm I love all things pumpkin. We make these amazing pumpkin doughnutt holes. They are to die for!!! Usually we have them for breakfast on Thanksigiving. Its perfect.
I actually just ate a pumpkin flavored english muffin a little while ago. With cinnamon butter. It was SO good. I’ve also heard that the pumpkin eggo waffles are amazing. They’re always sold out when I go looking for them.
I did try the pumpkin pie flavored m&ms the other day. They kind of sucked 🙁

My own pumpkin spice drink receipe! I don’t know if it’s technically a latte…
Half almond milk, half coffee. Pumpkin spice tea bag in the mug, then as much honey as you like. Then you sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top! Presto, delicious.

I love pumpkin all year round! I stock up on cans of it so I can make muffins and pumpkin bread anytime I want. Here is my healthy pumpkin bread recipe:
1/2 can of pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
1/3 cup canola oil or melted butter
1/4 cup organic unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup water
1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (save 1 teaspoon for sprinkling on top)
2/3 cup brown sugar (or 1/2 cup REAL maple syrup)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
pinch ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately, then gently mix together until just combined. Pour into the loaf pan and sprinkle with the reserved oats. Bake for 45 minutes (be sure to check it!) or until it’s nicely risen, the edges pull away from the sides a bit, and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out dry.
ETA: not sure what’s going on with the spacing of the last line… oh well

Yeeees!!! I have SO fallen victim to the pumkin spice lattes… And then of course a little pumpkin muffin to go with… I also have a strange obsession with seasonal candles so, from now until December our house will spell like pumkin-y goodness. Pumpkin everything makes me feel so warm and cozy.
