I am thinking about using the reception seating (tables and chairs) as the ceremony seating so that there is no need for resetting our venue- we will be using a wine cellar in Dallas and to cut costs, we will be using it for both ceremony and reception.
Has anybody done this?
Would like to know if it made a difference on the budget and if the seating arrangements worked for your wedding? Were they round tables or the long rectangle ones?
Also- what were the guests doing if you had family pictures taken in between the ceremony and reception- did you have a cocktail hour or something similar?
