I’ve been browsing images of seating charts for weddings and usually names are listed alphabetically by last name. I only have 24 guests for my destination wedding. Does anyone have pics or inspiration of intimate wedding seating charts? =)

We had 80 guests, which I consider pretty small, but we did escort cards by family, so it was even smaller. We lined up the cards alphabetically on silver trays like this

How about just making (or getting printed professionally) a large poster size with everyone’s name listed under the table number they’ll be at? It’s intimate and casual. With 24 people, I don’t think place cards for the guests to bring to the tables themselves is needed.

Are you having multiple tables or one long one? I’m having 14-16 people at one long table and I’m planning to do place cards at each person’s place like I would for a dinner party.

@BetterSherm: That’s a good idea! Since there aren’t too many names you really wouldn’t have to list them alphabetically but could just list the names under the table numbers.
If you didn’t want to fuss with a display you could even add that to your program, if you have one (like on the back). But you could have fun with a display too! I love the idea of using a pretty frame, and you could use whatever fabric/paper you wanted as a background:

why not let them choose their own seats? i personally dont like having assigned seating when going to a wedding.. its nice to choose who to sit beside.
