There are tons!  Definitely do some searching around the web for pictures of all the ideas.  We used picture frames.  It was a great way to also use some of our engagement pictures.

No problem!  I was really happy with the finished product.  And you’re right, it was inexpensive, the frames were from walmart, the background sparkle paper was from the dollar store, and I printed the pictures myself.

i love that idea, but i cannot find a picture frame like that anywhere! 🙁 are you selling them by any chance? or do you know where else i can get something like that?

If you do a frame like that, be sure to organize by alphabet, not by table. It will take people forever to find their name if you organize by table and you’ll get a big crowd/backup around the frame. Or do a couple of frames, depending on size of your guest list.

We used this idea from another bee.  Go to the DIY section and look up escort cards and their tutorial will pop up.

We used our engagement photo and ordered posters(50% off) from Zazzle.  Everyone loved it and I have never seen this at a wedding.

Space was limited so I decided to hang photoframes with the table numbers and people assignments on the wall with 3m hooks.

We were not able to move the picture in the middle so we just worked around it.  The guestbook table was across the hall from the seating chart display.
