I love my venue with all my heart but we have to be off the property by 11 so that means the receptions has to end at least by 10 for the vendors to pack up their stuff. All rentals must be picked up by the next biz day. My guest list is growing out of control and I want a quick way for everyone to find their seats.
I suggested putting out the seating chart at the cocktail hr location so people can already know what table they will be seated at so when the reception space is open everyone will just need to find their seat. My Aunt said she would drop it if she had to hold on to it for an hour.
Has anyone ever put them in their programs or been to a wedding where they were in the programs?
