I’m getting married in September and I’m totally stuck with what I’m going to do about seating everyone. I really like the seating charts where everyone is listed and the table they are sitting at. Has anyone used this before or if you have another other suggestions that would be great.

We’re also getting married in September! Yay for September brides! 🙂
Anywhoodle – I think we’ll be doing what you described. I don’t feel right telling everyone where EXACTLY to sit but just the table they’ll be at. We’re using favor bags with cards on them saying the guests’ name and what table they are at (Ex: James Table 1 – but we’re naming our tables something instead of using numbers).

There are alot of different ways to present it, some do escort cards (which simply tell people what table they are sitting at vs. place cards which give people an assigned seat) I’m only doing escort cards, no place cards. You could present the escort cards by laying them on the table or hanging them from clotheslines or stuck on a board with pins (there are alot of cute ideas/ pictures on theknot.com) Or you can opt to do a chart blown up to poster size and put on an easel or in a large picture frame.
