Spanx are a girls best friend! Try a pair if you haven’t already

as for quick weight loss, drink LOTS of water. And  exercise! What kinda of exercise are you doing now? I’ve been doing alot of kickboxing the past few months and noticing much more toned arms and a flatter tummy. Might be a quick fix for you! Running also helps to drop weight fast and will give you all over toning since the whole body needs to work.

I had 4 fittings and I pushed the last two back because I knew I wanted to lose weight. So my last fitting was 3 weeks before the wedding. You can always have an extra fitting so don’t let that be the reason u don’t reach your goals

for a slim belly, the most important thing is diet. Whole grains only (oatmeal, brown rice, quinoa) no bread, and fruits and veggies, yogurt milk and eggs, lean protein. And just a little less of everything. No alcohol.  Doing HIIT will also help. Long distance running is not the right exercise for what u want ie flat belly and toned arms. It’s good for overall weight loss but you look like you don’t really need that.

Its hard but so worth it! I lost 15 pounds for my wedding and felt great.

Wilson2Bee:  you Just have to find the right spanx. And if that’s you in the picture, you totally look like someone with a normal, typical and healthy weight! I personally never wore spanx but the wedding Day is a great exception for it!

Wilson2Bee:  I had three fittings scheduled before my wedding. I ended up losing 20+ pounds after purchasing the dress. I told the seamstress this at my first fitting, and she canceled my second, and had me come back a month before the wedding before she even did anything to the dress. She told me to lose as much as I could in the month and then stop dieting and just maintain.

I would just ask your seamstress how she handles brides who continue to lose weight. Mine didn’t want to have to rip apart my dress twice, so she just scheduled me sooner and there were no issues.

If you have some dumbbells at home, or go to a gym, then use this workout: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/dumbbell-only-home-or-gym-fullbody-workout.html

It’s great. I also love Jillian Michaels’ DVDs though. But I’ve seen the biggest improvement in my body from weight lifting. It’s awesome. And starting with dumbbells is really easy, as opposed to the big barbells and machines. Which are still great but if you aren’t used to weight lifting, then dumbbells are a good way to get into it.
