(Closed) Second floor reception

Our reception is on the 2nd floor of a historic building. There is no elevator in the building. The steps are like 4 steps and a landing, 4 steps and a landing, then 4 more steps. It’s kind of a spiral/square, if that makes any sense. We have one guest that may have issues with the stairs, but can definitely do them taking her time. Has anyone else has a second floor reception without an elevator? Did you have any issues?

alyssawag123 :  It really depends on if you have anyone with trouble walking. If someone is in a wheelchair or older in poor condition, they may not be able to make the stairs.  Otherwise, Have someone available to assist the few that may have issues walk up the stairs.
