I really like both dresses, but I don’t like how the detailing abrubtly stops on the first one. It’s just not my thing, so I voted for #2.

I’d stick with the first dress – it looks beautiful on you.  You were having a bad day.  Remember that on the day, you’ll have jewelry, hair and makeup done and you’ll look gorgeous.  Don’t fret. And STOP looking at dresses – you’ll just make yourself crazy.

I LOVE the first dress–and you look great in it.  Don’t like the second dress.  No contest.

I actually don’t like the second one at all. Stick with the first one and stop looking at drfesses!

I voted “Other” because I think this is a matter of personal taste and it really depends on what look you’re going for. I prefer Dress #2 but that’s just what *I* like (I’m a sucker for those dramatic gowns) but that might not be what *you* want. Both look lovely! If you want to keep your original dress–I’m sure there was a reason you picked it, right?–but just want to jazz it up a bit, why not add some spazzy-dazzy jewelry or a big gorgeous veil?

I think that the first dress looks beautiful on you and I love the detailing.  I agree that it is a matter of personal taste though.  I am not a fan of the super dramatic mermaids like the second dress.

I voted to stick with the original. You look beautiful! I would add some fun jewelry and accessories if you wanted to give it more of a “wow” factor. Dont fret! A lot of people go through a little dress regret (myself included) but I think you should stick with it.

Not in love with either one.  I think you could find something far more flattering.

Crabcakes1027:  I prefer your current dress. It looks great on you, and in my view, is much more flattering than dress 2. Keep it!

Crabcakes1027:  they’re so different, you’re not going to find the right answer from any of us bees. Your dress looks lovely on you. It’s just a very different kind of dress. Now whether you’re the type to be a classic, pretty, romantic bride or whether you’ve always seen yourself as a sexy, dramatic bee when walking down the aisle should be completely up to you. I am looking for trumpet dresses for myself, but I don’t like some if the details on the mermaid. And especially as you already own that dress: go with that. You fell in love with it for a reason.

Now stop very casually browsing dresses. You’re not dating very casually, either, are you?! 😉

you look lovely in your dress and whether other bees would have chosen that dress shouldn’t matter to you – after all, you haven’t chosen to wear the dresses we chose and we still like ours. (Theoretically – wedding coming up and I’m still looking, but that’s beside the point ;))

I think you look great in your dress!!! It’s normal to second guess it….I did also, but the best thing you can do is stop looking at other dresses…that’s what I had to do.

I love your dress and think it looks great on you!  Love the detailing and the bottom of the skirt.  Perhaps you can alter the neckline to make it a sweetheart, might make it feel more romantic/feminine. I have dress regret sometimes too, but think when the day comes I will feel great once I’m done up.  You liked it at one point for a reason, try to find that again.
