I need some ideas! We will have a puzzle guestbook at our wedding, as my guy used a puzzle to propose. 🙂 However, a puzzle piece doesn’t leave much room to leave a message. I would like to give guests an opportunity to leave a longer message if they wish. I don’t mind the idea of notecards, except I don’t really like that they would be loose and not “together” – how would I store them? A traditional guestbook could also work, but I don’t like that we would potentially have an entire book with only 2 pages filled in and the rest blank. Any ideas on what I could do? Should I just assume that people who want to leave a message would write it in a greeting card and leave it as just the puzzle?

I could give you a million ideas but my only suggestion right now is to not do a second book. We had two…a wishing tree and a book….i found half the people filled out the cards and half signed the book. I look at the book more, and thats what I wanted signed the most…but people got confused. Im sad about it now.
If you only have one only one will get signed and pretty much everyone will do it!

Are you going to assemble, frame and hang the puzzle pieces, or just leave them loose in a container?
If you are going to assemble the puzzle, you could always add an envelope to the back of the frame for the loose cards.
If you are planning on leaving the puzzle pieces loose, you can get a nice wooden box or other container of some sort, and store the cards there also.
