Your boss’s favorite is spectacular on your figure. I would get it but have it lined.

bowlingallie1989 :  The last one is far and away my favorite

I love the romantic look, the soft dreaminess of it. It also does the most to define and flatter your figure. Being a 32 HH I know dressing a large bust can be a challenge, but the high neck shows your lovely shoulders without being too revealing otherwise.

I also like the clear definition at the waist.

Lastly, it looks like it would be super comfortable to wear, which is always a plus…

Your boss’s pick is my favorite by far!! The detailing is lovely, and the dress really flatters your figure. 😊

I’d actually like to see you in a different silhouette. I don’t know if it’s the camera angle or what, but all of these look a bit dumpy. I can see you have a nice figure, but it’s not coming across in these dresses.

I really like #4 and your boss’s pick. I had the same problem with Hayley Paige and was really discouraged after trying them on.

bowlingallie1989 :  I’m not super short and on the smaller side so I think it must be something with our build or their construct! Trying on different designers definitely made me feel better, lol.

If you are interested in what is most flattering, I do agree with others who have said I think where the waist hits you on the one your boss likes is most flattering.  I’m also guessing it has a higher back than some of the other ones you showed here?  Personally I found the plunging backs to be less flattering, with a normal back height i had a built in corset which was awesome.  I also think the styles that are more structured look the best on you.  But I also think you should pick the dress that you connect with the most.  Between my #1 & #2 dresses I think the one I didn’t pick was slightly more flattering but the dress I did pick was so miuch more me.
