@Mrsluckywife:  I voted “other” because there wasn’t an option for “felt a lot better.” I hope that gives some hope. I don’t know that my change came right around 2nd trimester, but there was a noticeable change in nausea/aversion, and especially how tired I felt, maybe around weeks 10-11.

At the same time, I had a friend who was incredibly sick through both of her pregnancies, all the way through.

Felt great from weeks 12-23…but the end of the 2nd tri has started to get challenging again and I’m EXHAUSTED. 25 weeks now.

I was really sick for the first 14 weeks, and definitey got some relief in the 2nd trimester. I am entering the 3rd now, and starting to feel wiped out all the time. 12 more weeks to go!

Yes — it was awesome.  Until about 27 weeks, I didn’t even feel pregnant.  28 weeks came along, and BAM.  All the aches and pains you hear about.

I’ve been really fortunate to have a pretty easy pregnancy so far. My second trimester hasn’t been much different from the first but I also don’t think I had it nearly as bad as most in the first. I did find that I had more energy and that i’m eating more than before as well. eek! Here’s to hoping you feel a bit better come 13 weeks!

I’ve felt quite a bit better since the second trimester began (about two weeks ago). However, I still feel nauseous occasionally and do still go to bed earlier than I did before the pregnancy. The going to bed earlier thing might just be habit now though! That said, I do find myself actually enjoying the pregnancy a lot more now that I’m not sick all the time. Don’t give up hope, OP! It will hopefully get better for you too! ๐Ÿ™‚

I’ve also been fortunate to have a pretty easy going pregnancy thus far, so I voted other. I still feel the same which is amazing!

I only felt slightly better in the 2nd trimester. I still had morning sickness (but it was better at least) and had more trouble sleeping so I was tired (but not the fatigue of the 1st trimester), so overall it was better, but not good or great like many women! This 3rd trimester (I’m 32 weeks) is much, much harder than the 2nd, though. It’s all relative. ๐Ÿ™‚

I felt HORRIBLE from weeks 4-15, then pretty amazing/back to my old self from weeks 16-23… I’m starting to have a little heartburn, trouble sleeping, and joint pain though now at 24 weeks, but I still feel pretty decent in comparison!!!! Hope you feel better!

I’m 23 weeks now and feeling pretty good. My fatigue is gone but that also means I have a lot of trouble falling and staying asleep at night now. I also don’t have the nausea anymore. One thing I did notice – I can’t walk as much as I’d like right now. I went on vacation last week and we walked SO MUCH – which usually wouldn’t bother me, but this time my feet and upper thighs were in constant pain – luckily no swelling though. I’m contributing it to the extra 15 or so pounds that are on my very small frame now. But can’t really complain too much. ๐Ÿ™‚
