1st trimester: sick…very sick and very exhausted.

2nd trimester: Not at all sick, looked great (all belly, great skins, super cute because my maternity clothes fit) and felt great, lots of energy…

3rd trimester: what the $%&!…I am exhausted ALL the time, I am cranky and SORE…SO SORE. I take multiple naps now (a day) and I can;t even go tot he mall and walka round shopping like a normal woman…I have to go to a store, go out again and DRIVE to the other store. I am that tired and sore. My maternity clothes are getting small… So….yeah sorry to be a negative person:( I’m not meaning to be. You may be different. That was just my experience.

Let me tell you ths though (again just my experience): it flies by! Seriously I don’t know how I got here (just about 32w now). It all flew by and now I have 8wks left and I feel like it’ll fly by too.

I felt a lot better physically in the second tri! I was exhausted and sick sick sick in the first tri. Around 14 weeks I started to feel a million times better. The nausea went away, I could stay awake past 8pm and I didn’t have to eat every hour.

Mentally, I was a mess through most of the second tri. I’d gotten a chance to get really attached to our baby and lived in constant fear until we hit the 24 week viability marker of losing the baby after I already loved him so much.

Third tri, I’m exhausted and my ribs are sore and I just feel like I’m carrying around a bag of sand all the time! It’s flying by though! (31 weeks now)

I don’t feel any different (I never felt bad in first trimester) and I was 14 weeks as of yesterday – very lucky 🙂
