Go to St Anthony’s Bridal in Rockville, MD.  THey have a lot of donated dresses, secondhand and even never before bene worn dresses.  Prices range from $75 to $300.  I just bought a champagne colored Maggie Sottero for $300 that is mermaid style with crystals and it still had the $2000 price tag on it.  Very great place for wedding gowns.  THey also have non wedding gowns for $35.

If you don’t mind the hike, there is church street bridal in Lynchburg. They have top designers for cheap and all of the money goes to support the YWCA. http://www.churchstreetbridal.com/index2.php?v=v1#/home/

They also have a fb page where they post pictures of all the gowns they have https://www.facebook.com/churchstreetbridal?fref=ts

I am also trying to sell a Beautiful by Enzoani dress style BT13-07. http://enzoani.com/view-collection/beautiful/archive/bt13-7

If you have any interest, PM me.

I bought my dress at I Do I Do Wedding Gowns in Gaithersburg.  They have a large consignment selection and prices range depending on the brand.  Definitely make an appointment as they are always busy.

I second Church Street Bridal in Lynchburg.  I got my dress from there!  The dresses are samples from other stores so they sorta are used and I like that the money goes towards the YWCA.
